1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TitanShield ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

TitanShield is operated by TitanShield SAS, a company registered in France.

2. Description of Service

TitanShield is a mobile application security testing platform that provides:

  • Static Application Security Testing (SAST) - Analysis of mobile application binaries (APK, AAB, IPA) for security vulnerabilities
  • Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) - Runtime security analysis of mobile applications
  • Vulnerability Reports - Detailed security reports with remediation guidance
  • CI/CD Integrations - GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jira integrations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the Service or other users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Upload or analyze applications you do not own or have authorization to test
  • Use the Service to find vulnerabilities for malicious purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service
  • Use any automated means to access the Service without our express written permission
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code through the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TitanShield SAS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any applications you upload for analysis. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your applications solely for the purpose of providing the security analysis service.

We do not claim ownership of your applications or analysis results. Your analysis results are your property.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Plans

The Service offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

6.2 Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund inquiries.

6.4 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

7. Data Handling

7.1 Application Data

Uploaded applications are processed for security analysis and stored securely. You can delete your data at any time through your account settings.

7.2 Analysis Results

Analysis results are stored and associated with your account. You can export or delete your results at any time.

7.3 Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will detect all security vulnerabilities
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Security reports are exhaustive or guarantee application security

Security testing is inherently limited. The absence of reported vulnerabilities does not mean an application is secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITANSHIELD SAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TitanShield SAS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Applications you upload to the Service

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
